Zenera Privacy Statement
This privacy statement explains how Zenera (hereinafter: me, me) handles your personal data and what rights you have in doing so. I think it's important that you know what data I collect, why I do it, and how I protect it.
When does Zenera process my personal data?

- when you provide information to me yourself, for example when you email, call or make an appointment via my website;
- when you visit my website;
- when you are a client and come to my practice for treatment.

- to contact you by phone or email when you ask a question via the contact form.
If you are a client:

- for scheduling appointments;
- to be able to provide you with appropriate advice and treatments;

What I never do:

- collect information about you from other organizations without your permission;
- use automated decision making or profiling.
On what basis does Zenera process my personal data?
I process personal data based on:
- necessity to carry out the treatment or service;
- legal obligations, such as administrative requirements;
- your consent, for example when you sign up via a form or voluntarily provide information.
What are my rights?
You have the right:
- on clear information about what happens to your personal data;
- to view your personal data and a copy thereof;
- to have your data corrected;
- to have your data deleted;
- to request the restriction of processing;
- to transfer your data to another party;
- to object to processing;
- to human intervention in automated decision-making (but I don't apply it);
- to withdraw consent at any time.

How long does Zenera keep my data?
I do not keep your personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was collected. This period depends on:

- legal retention obligations (such as administrative requirements);
